Must have previous knowledge in:\n\nCommercial project performance exceeding plans when leading.\nCapturing of knowledge and sharing to support bids.\nExemplary service delivery to highest quality.Key Responsibilities:\n\nLeadership of Service Delivery:\n\nLead delivery of the service line on projects, taking responsibility for quality through the implementation of company standards.\nContribute to accurate workload forecasts.\nOwn successful outcomes of project audit reviews.\nLead full project planning, including development of project plans and work breakdown structures.\nClient Relationship Development:\n\nPlan and manage projects to meet client expectations, deliver client satisfaction, contracted outcomes and business objectives.\nManage opportunities with existing clients and develops new income streams.\nCommercial Leadership:\n\nWork in collaboration with Head of Services, developing proposals.\nManage business and project risk to ensure guaranteed outcomes and contract recognition.\nMitigate complex delivery risks.\nLeadership through inspiring others:\n\nEvaluate project performance of team members for personal development purposes giving feedback to Heads or Service and Team Leaders.\nProvide specific and regular project performance feedback to team members, Team Leaders and Heads of Service, supporting development and helping to achieve their performance objectives.\nKnowledge, engagement and enablement:\n\nFacility development of expertise, capturing and sharing delivery knowledge and specific information sets working closely with Service Experts.\nCaptures project lessons learnt after project close out and deliver details of lessons applied during project.\nUses best practice on project service delivery working closely with service experts.\nPreferred Backgrounds:\n\nCandidates with experience from specialist M&E contractors or data centre delivery teams are strongly encouraged to apply.
