Job Overview

Gillmann Services is hiring an experienced Construction Foreman or Assistant Superintendent to support ongoing data center construction in Springfield, Ohio. This position is focused on overnight supervision and coordination of active construction operations, ensuring productivity, safety, and schedule adherence during evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise night shift construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure workflow efficiency
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies
• Track progress and report on nightly production
• Ensure work aligns with project plans, drawings, and specifications
• Communicate with day shift leadership for seamless transition

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction leadership experience (Foreman, Lead, or Assistant Superintendent)
• Experience on commercial or industrial projects (data center experience a plus)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to work overnight shifts
