People Source is looking to hire motivated and ready to work Construction Laborers for a long term, 6 days a week operation, building a Data Center.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, and organizing materials.
  • Perform physical labor such as lifting heavy materials
  • Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, including hand tools, drills, and forklifts (If you are certified)
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and reporting hazards promptly.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

What we are looking for

  • Forklift Experience - but not required
  • Ability to be on your feet up to 12 hours a day
  • Ability to work 6 days a week
  • Flexible to work both day or night shifts
  • Have or be able to complete an OSHA 10 Certified Course
