Construction Manager

This company is part of one of the world's largest REIT's and enjoys a great reputation and is well known around the country. They have seven regional U.S. development offices and currently have approximately 14 million square feet of new projects in either the planning phase or under construction in multiple asset types, including multifamily, industrial, office, and data centers. They have been in business for close to 100 years and are a stable, solid organization with a very long-term outlook.

They are looking to add an experienced Construction Manager/ Senior Project Manager to their Atlanta office and team.

This person will be responsible for the on-going management of projects in pre-development, development, and construction with an emphasis on the development of the project program, pro-forma, and design documents; procurement; estimating and cost management; construction supervision and tenant relations, and project closeout.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction and/or Architecture with a graduate degree
• A minimum of 7 years' experience working for a reputable general contractor or developer/builder
• Must have experience building high quality multifamily projects
• Excellent interpersonal relationships with specific on-site construction experience
• A driven, motivated, and cooperative attitude
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good attention-to-detail
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
