About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Virtual Design Construction (VDC) Manager to oversee Building Information Modeling (BIM) and 3D coordination for large commercial projects. You’ll manage VDC activities from start to finish, support project teams, and ensure that models, drawings, and data are accurate and aligned with project goals.

What You’ll Do
• Lead VDC and BIM processes for assigned projects
• Develop and maintain project models and documents
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve design or construction issues
• Review shop drawings, RFIs, and submittals for BIM integration
• Support the VDC Director to meet all project deliverables and standards

Qualifications
• Strong background in commercial construction with VDC experience on large projects (such as hospitals, hotels, data centers, or multifamily)
• Skilled in BIM modeling, 3D coordination, and construction documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: $120,000 to $150,000 (DOE)
