Freelance Site Manager – Data Centre Fit Out\n\nLocation: Hemel Hempstead\nStart: ASAP\nContract: 70-week contract\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to support the fit-out stages of a large data centre project in Hemel Hempstead.\n\nWorking directly for the Main Contractor, you will take responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations, overseeing on-site activities, and ensuring the project progresses smoothly through the final delivery phase.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Leading site activities with a strong, hands-on presence\n\n * Coordinating and managing multiple trade contractors\n\n * Driving productivity and maintaining programme milestones\n\n * Ensuring health & safety standards are upheld at all times\n\n * Supporting the project team through to successful completion\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Proven experience as a Site Manager on complex fit-out projects\n\n * Strong leadership and communication skills\n\n * Ability to manage fast-paced site environments\n\n * Data centre experience is not essential, but would be advantageous\n\nInterviews available immediately, with an ASAP start for the right candidate
