Job Description
We are looking for experienced Construction Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major capital construction projects supporting our advanced 300mm semiconductor manufacturing campus in Lehi, Utah.

This position is responsible for managing all phases of semiconductor facility construction, from conceptual design through commissioning and operational handover. The successful candidate will serve as the owner's representative and collaborate closely with engineering teams, design consultants, contractors, suppliers, and manufacturing stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with TI's operational and manufacturing standards.

Roles and Responsibilities
\n
Project Leadership
\n
· Manage large-scale semiconductor capital projects ranging from facility upgrades to new fab construction.
\n
· Lead all phases of project execution including:
\n
o Scope development
\n
o Design reviews
\n
o Procurement strategy
\n
o Construction execution
\n
o Startup and commissioning
\n
o Final turnover to manufacturing operations
\n
· Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and key performance indicators.
\n
\n
Construction Management
\n
· Oversee general contractors and specialty subcontractors performing:
\n
o Cleanroom construction
\n
o Structural and architectural systems
\n
o Mechanical systems
\n
o Electrical distribution systems
\n
o Process utility installations
\n
o Specialty gas and chemical distribution systems
\n
· Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions to mitigate schedule or cost risks.
\n
· Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and TI construction standards.
\n
\n
Semiconductor Facility Systems
\n
Provide oversight for construction and commissioning of:
\n
· Cleanroom environments
\n
· HVAC and contamination control systems
\n
· Ultrapure water (UPW) systems
\n
· Wastewater treatment systems
\n
· Specialty gas delivery systems
\n
· Process cooling water systems
\n
· Chemical distribution systems
\n
· Electrical substations and backup power systems
\n
· Exhaust and abatement systems
\n
\n
Stakeholder Management
\n
· Coordinate across:
\n
o Manufacturing
\n
o Facilities Engineering
\n
o Process Engineering
\n
o Environmental Health & Safety
\n
o Supply Chain
\n
o External engineering firms
\n
o Construction contractors
\n
· Present project status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
\n
\n
Required Qualifications
\n
· 10+ years of construction management experience, including:
\n
o Semiconductor facilities
\n
o Advanced manufacturing facilities
\n
o Pharmaceutical or biotech facilities
\n
o Data centers
\n
o Mission-critical infrastructure
\n
· Experience managing projects exceeding $100M in capital value.
\n
· Demonstrated experience with:
\n
o EPC project delivery
\n
o Design-build construction
\n
o Contractor management
\n
o Cost and schedule controls
\n
o Construction safety programs
\n
\n
Qualifications
\n
· Bachelor's degree in:
\n
o Construction Management
\n
o Civil Engineering
\n
o Mechanical Engineering
\n
o Electrical Engineering
\n
o Or related technical discipline
\n
\n
Experience with:
\n
· 300mm semiconductor wafer fabs
\n
· Cleanroom construction and certification
\n
· Semiconductor process utilities
\n
· Owner-side capital project management
\n
· Primavera P6 scheduling
\n
· BIM/VDC coordination
\n
· Commissioning and qualification activities
\n
· LEED-certified facilities
\n
\n
$1100/week per diem
\n
