Job Summary:
Our operating unit provides underground utility services, and we are looking for a Construction Manager - Directional Bore to join our team.
This position requires organization, timeliness, accuracy and great focus to detail and safety.
Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):
· Scheduling
· Manage customer relations and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Build and maintain good relationships with employees, customers, etc.
· Hold Safety meetings with crews.
· Train, encourage, praise, motivate, counsel and discipline employees.
· Manage employees to ensure they have adequate work.
· Ensure company policies are known and followed.
· Tracking of all pieces of the job.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
· Must have a minimum of 5 years Directional Bore Experience.
· A positive can-do attitude and openness to trying things new ways
· GRIT values – Guts, Reliability, Innovation, and Teamwork
· Excellent computer skills
· Excellent at Multitasking
· Familiar with Microsoft Suite
· Able to work well without constant supervision
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
· Knowledge of Nevada 811
· Knowledge of Utility job prints.
· Good with time management
· Very Organized
· Great communication skills
· Previous experience in the telecom, utility, construction industry
ATTENDANCE & PUNCTUALITY
Daily and exemplary attendance and punctuality is required for this position. The work may require overtime hours to be worked to achieve desired results.
