Job Title: MEP Construction Manager / Owner’s Representative (Heavy Travel)

Location: Atlanta, GA

The company

My client are a leading owners rep firm who are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager / Owner’s Rep to oversee mission-critical projects nationwide. You’ll be the owner’s advocate from pre-construction through commissioning, ensuring MEP systems are designed, installed, and delivered to the highest standards

The position

• Act as the owner’s point of contact with contractors & vendors
• Oversee MEP design, construction, and commissioning (L1–L5)
• Manage risks, schedules, and owner reporting
• Enforce safety standards (NFPA 70E, LOTO)
• Travel extensively and lead onsite project delivery

Could this role be for you?

• Deep knowledge of commissioning & MEP systems
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Proficiency with Procore, BIM 360/ACC, MS Project, etc
• Must be willing to work in Atlanta until current projects are completed. Heavy travel is required when these projects are complete.
