The Construction Operations Manager oversees all aspects of construction projects to ensure efficient and safe completion. This role involves leading a large team, managing budgets, coordinating schedules, and maintaining strict safety standards. The manager plays a key role in streamlining processes, managing vendor relationships, and mitigating risks specifically within data center construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from initiation to completion
• Lead and supervise a large team of 16+ members
• Oversee budgeting and cost control to meet financial objectives
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Coordinate schedules to maintain timely project delivery
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
