Direct Hire -The Program Executive is responsible for managing, leading, directing, supervising, and coordinating overall day-to-day elements of multiple Source Building Group, Inc projects from contract commencement to final completion and closeout. The Program Executive reports to the CEO.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

-          Lead efforts on behalf of the Operations Department in working with the pre-construction team to develop bid estimates, pricing proposals and Guaranteed Maximum Prices for projects.

-          Provide strategic leadership and direction for the data center construction project, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

-          Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining regular communication, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

-          Leads efforts in developing Owner Contract Scope, negotiations, review contribution and analysis.

-          Lead and manage a multidisciplinary project team, including project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, fostering collaboration and accountability.

-          Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fees, and pricing decisions.

-          Lead efforts in subcontract scope development and subcontractor on-boarding for Source Building Group, Inc projects.

-          Lead subcontracts buy-out efforts upon successful bids, estimate and/or guaranteed maximum price development.

-          Foster and enhance owner, client, architect, subcontractor, and vendor relations.

-          Lead efforts in updating and communicating the Project Master Schedule and sub-schedules to ensure required implementation for a given project.

-          Manage each Project budget and financial reporting. Work with the Accounting Department in interpreting and analyzing reports to ensure adherence to the overall project budget and risk management of the company.

-          Lead efforts in the quality assurance and/or quality control programs for all Source Building Group, Inc projects.

-          Manage and oversee field operations, engineering processes and procedures for each project.

-          Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and liabilities.

-          Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements for project team members and staff.

-          Lead enforcement of safety policy, protocols, and procedures for the company

-          Lead efforts to ensure timely pay application submission along with follow up to ensure timely and/or contractual receivables for the Project.

-          Sustain continued reporting with the President/Chief Executive Officer and CFO with regards to the progress of each project, financial reporting, forecasting of challenges, team performance and client expectations for the assigned Project.

-          Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.

-          Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.

-          Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes, efficiency, and overall performance.

-          Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures.

-          Lead human resource efforts with recruiting entry level and experienced operations staff.

Qualifications

-          Bachelor’s Degree in a Construction Management, Engineering or Technical related Degree: and/or a minimum of twenty (20) years of Project Supervision/Management experience in Commercial General Contracting or Construction Management.

-          Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a focus on ground-up builds and data center construction.

-          Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.

-          Possess knowledge and experience in Construction Cost Estimating, Purchasing, Scope Development, Project Engineering and Project Team oversight.

-          Possess thorough knowledge and experience in Project Schedule development and implementation.

-          Possess strong verbal and communications skills.

-          Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

-          Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

-          Thorough understanding of construction contracts, legal requirements, and risk management principles.

-          Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam).

-          Minimum OSHA 10 Hour Training, Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.

-          Able to manage successfully in a fast paced, team atmosphere.
