AI Data Centre Delivery - Europe\n Location: UK (initial) → Austria (9-month secondment)\n Salary: Up to £90,000 + package\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nWe are supporting a leading contractor delivering cutting-edge AI-driven hyperscale data centre projects across Europe. They are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to take ownership of mechanical and/or MEP packages on a major programme in Austria. \nThis is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value, mission-critical infrastructure, with full international support including accommodation, travel, and expenses.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead end-to-end delivery of construction and MEP packages on a live data centre project\nManage programme, cost, risk, quality, and HSE performance\nCoordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners\nAct as the primary interface with client, consultants, and stakeholders\nDrive programme milestones including installation, commissioning, and handover\nEnsure delivery in line with strict uptime and resilience requirements\nSupport commercial teams in forecasting, variations, and reporting\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale construction or MEP projects\nStrong background in data centres, mission-critical, or complex infrastructure\nAbility to manage subcontractors and deliver packages to programme\nStrong stakeholder and client-facing skills\nKnowledge of commissioning and systems integration (desirable)\nRelevant engineering or construction qualification\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nSalary up to £90,000 + benefits\nFully expensed Austria secondment (9 months)\nExposure to hyperscale AI / data centre projects\nClear progression into senior leadership roles
