Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Project/Program Manager IV to support critical infrastructure and construction projects for a global leader in the technology and data center industry. This role is ideal for experienced project/program managers with a strong background in critical infrastructure, construction, and vendor management.

Job Title: Project/Program Manager IV

\n

Location: Sterling, VA (Onsite)

\n

Duration: 12-Month Contract

\n

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM

\n

Travel: None

\n

\n

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

\n

    \n
  • Coordinate and manage critical infrastructure and construction projects from planning through completion.

    • \n

  • Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and responsibilities.

    • \n

  • Coordinate with construction teams, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

    • \n

  • Monitor project progress and identify risks, issues, and potential delays.

    • \n

  • Manage vendor activities and ensure project requirements are met.

    • \n

  • Prepare project status reports and provide updates to leadership.

    • \n

  • Track multiple project activities and ensure commitments are completed on time.

    • \n

  • Support overall project/program execution and provide structure and visibility across stakeholders.

    • \n

Must-Have Skills

\n

    \n
  • 5+ years of project/program management experience.

    • \n

  • Strong critical infrastructure experience.

    • \n

  • Strong construction project background.

    • \n

  • Experience with vendor management and contractor coordination.

    • \n

  • Ability to manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and multiple stakeholders.

    • \n

  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

    • \n

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Data center experience/knowledge.

    • \n

  • Experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.

    • \n

  • Experience working with engineering and construction teams.

    • \n

  • PMP certification .

    • \n

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Systems Engineering .

    • \n

  • PMP certification .

    • \n

\n

\n

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $80/hr. to $85/hr. Hourly on W2.
