Construction Project Manager – Data Centre Fit-Out & External Packages

Location: London, UK

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile data centre project in London. This is a unique opportunity to manage both fit-out and external packages, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of construction for fit-out and external works, including coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, quality standards, and client specifications.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and operations teams to resolve on-site issues.
• Monitor risk and implement proactive mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager on data centre or commercial projects.
• Experience managing fit-out and external works packages.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, H&S, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
