Construction Project Manager – Hyperscale Data Center Construction

Location: Atlanta, GA

Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 Base

Total Compensation Potential: $170,000 – $200,000+

Start Date: Interviewing immediately

Candidates may come from operations, field leadership, construction management, or project coordination backgrounds.

Relevant experience in data center construction or infrastructure deployments is helpful but not strictly required if the candidate demonstrates strong leadership and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support large-scale hyperscale data center infrastructure projects
  • Coordinate between field teams, subcontractors, and internal leadership
  • Maintain project schedules, deliverables, and operational timelines
  • Track budgets, resources, and project performance metrics
  • Support installation teams working on structured cabling and data center infrastructure
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders and internal teams
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Manage multiple workstreams across active deployments
