We’re looking to add a Recruiter to our team. Someone who thrives on connecting with construction professionals, building relationships, and finding the right people for the right opportunities.

Experience recruiting within the construction industry is a big plus. We want someone who understands how construction works—the different roles on a project, how field and office teams operate, the demands of project schedules, and what it takes to identify professionals who can step into an organization and make an impact.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have a strong foundation in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates through the interview, offer, and placement process.
• Are comfortable identifying and engaging professionals across a wide range of field, project management, and corporate construction roles.
• Understand construction terminology, project environments, and the between roles in the field and those supporting projects from the office.
• Know how to ask the right questions to understand a candidate’s experience, project history, technical capabilities, career goals, and overall fit.
• Can partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, priorities, team dynamics, and what they’re truly looking for beyond the job description.
• Know how to build and maintain strong talent pipelines while leveraging relationships and proactive outreach to uncover candidates who may not be actively looking.
• Recognize that no two clients or projects are the same and take the time to understand each organization’s culture, business goals, project needs, and expectations.
• Are comfortable picking up the phone, starting conversations, and building relationships with people at all levels of the construction industry.
• Are competitive, accountable, and motivated by both individual success and being part of a growing team.
