About the Position:

Allied Resources is seeking a Project Scheduler for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity in Port Washington, WI. This role offers relocation support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Support planning and sequencing of activities from concept through commissioning.
  • Conduct schedule variance analysis and run risk scenarios (Monte Carlo, Acumen Fuse, etc.).
  • Partner with project teams to identify ways to re-sequence work to shorten project durations.
  • Prepare reports, executive-level presentations, and schedule performance updates.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and project constraints.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling processes and training for internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
  • 3–5 years of scheduling experience; mission-critical/data center experience strongly .
  • Proven track record supporting projects of $100M+ in size. Oil & Gas industry scheduling experience a plus.
  • Expertise in Primavera P6 (latest version).
  • Experience with Procore, Power BI, and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word).
  • Strong understanding of Critical Path Method scheduling and construction documentation.
  • Willingness to relocate to WI or travel as required (up to 25%).
