Construction Site Manager | Multi-GW Power Platform

Site- | El Paso, TX | Owner-Side

Arco Talent Group has been retained by a next- infrastructure platform developing a multi-GW power and storage portfolio to serve hyperscale and AI data center demand.

The platform is currently executing a flagship 2GW+, $6B behind-the-meter energy ecosystem integrating large-frame gas , utility-scale battery storage, a purpose-built microgrid, and hyperscale data center infrastructure. Fully contracted. Mobilizing now.

What You'll Own

• Primary on-site interface with the prime EPC contractor and all subcontractors, OEM installation teams, and field service representatives across civil, mechanical, electrical, and controls work fronts
• Review and approval of construction plans, installation sequences, and EPC deliverables - holding the program to the owner's standard on quality, schedule, and safety
• Installation oversight across all major equipment packages: large-frame gas turbines, BESS systems, transformers, switchgear, piping, and cooling systems
• Site safety culture ownership - the owner's standards, not the contractor's
• Construction sequencing coordination with the Site Commissioning Manager to ensure mechanical completion packages hand over in the right order for efficient commissioning

Ideal Background

• 15+ years managing large-scale power , industrial, or mission-critical construction programs
• Owner-side or Owner's Representative experience required - EPC backgrounds considered where a clear owner-side perspective is demonstrated
• Direct experience with gas turbine installation, BESS systems, and large-scale power infrastructure construction
• Multi-contractor site safety leadership and proven EPC interface management
• Procore proficiency and schedule fluency - Primavera P6 or MS Project
