We are hiring an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations for industrial, advanced manufacturing, and mission-critical projects. This role serves as the primary field leader, responsible for safety, schedule execution, quality control, subcontractor coordination, and MEP system integration from project start through closeout.

Ground-up (greenfield) construction experience is strongly . Candidates with completed mission-critical projects—such as Data Centers, Healthcare, Government, Manufacturing or Telecommunications—are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all on-site construction activities and daily field operations

  • Serve as the primary on-site safety leader; enforce jobsite safety programs and maintain a safe work environment

  • Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and project sequencing across all trades

  • Oversee MEP scope, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems

  • Coordinate trade sequencing, system installations, and conflict resolution with structure and architectural elements

  • Partner with Project Managers to meet schedule, quality, and budget goals

  • Maintain daily reports, schedules, site documentation, punch lists, and closeout documentation

  • Support system startup, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities

  • Identify and proactively resolve field issues impacting schedule, safety, quality, or system performance

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor

  • Superintendent or Project Lead experience

  • Ground-up / greenfield construction experience

  • Mission-critical construction experience (data centers, healthcare, government, telecommunications) ideal

  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, sequencing, and coordination

  • Knowledge of construction means, methods, and best practices

  • Experience working with BIM coordination and MEP drawings

  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office

  • OSHA 30

  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
