Construction Superintendent (Data Center Project )
We’re looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities from start to finish. In this role, you’ll keep projects running safely, on schedule, and within budget while coordinating crews, subcontractors, and vendors. If you have data center experience, that’s a big plus.
This position starts as a 60-day contract, with the strong intent to extend through project completion (approximately 14 months).
Compensation
- $95,000 annualized
- $100 per day per diem
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise daily on-site construction activities
- Ensure work follows project plans, specifications, and safety standards
- Coordinate schedules, materials, and subcontractors to keep work moving
- Maintain project schedules and track progress
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and promote a safe job site
- Inspect work to ensure quality and compliance
- Track labor, materials, and equipment costs
- Manage documentation such as daily reports, RFIs, and inspections using tools like Procore and Bluebeam
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
- Experience with large-scale construction projects (data centers )
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, quality control, and site safety
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience leading crews and working with multiple subcontractors
- Familiarity with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, etc.)
