Construction Superintendent (Data Center)

We’re looking for a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on data center projects where precision, coordination, and schedule execution are critical. This role supports mission-critical construction environments with a strong focus on MEP systems, field leadership, and maintaining project momentum from ground-up through turnover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors and site activities to maintain schedule progress
  • Manage installation sequencing for MEP systems within complex data center environments
  • Track project schedules and field progress using tools such as MS Project
  • Maintain site documentation, reporting, and coordination through Procore
  • Support budget awareness by aligning field execution with project cost expectations

Qualifications

  • Experience working as a Superintendent on data center or mission-critical construction projects
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems and equipment installations
  • Hands-on field experience managing subcontractors and site operations
  • Proficiency with Procore for project documentation and tracking
  • Experience with MS Project or similar scheduling tools
  • Ability to manage schedules, coordinate trades, and maintain project flow
  • Strong communication and leadership skills in fast-paced environments
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
