Swing Shift Construction Superintendent – Mission Critical / Industrial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Swing Shift Construction Superintendent to support a large-scale mission-critical construction project in Chandler, Arizona. This position is ideal for candidates with experience overseeing highly technical construction projects such as data centers, semiconductor facilities, advanced manufacturing plants, oil & gas facilities, industrial processing plants, power facilities, clean rooms, or other complex construction environments.

Must be able to work a swing shift from 2:00pm to 12:00am

The Superintendent will be responsible for coordinating and directing all field activities, subcontractors, and trades from project startup through completion. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical construction while maintaining responsibility for all project disciplines including civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and architectural scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily field operations on large-scale industrial or mission-critical construction projects
• Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors and trades on site
• Drive project safety, quality, schedule, and production goals
• Lead daily coordination meetings and communicate effectively with project management and field teams
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and subcontractor work plans
• Identify and resolve field issues to maintain project progress
• Monitor project milestones and ensure work is completed according to schedule
• Coordinate inspections, turnover activities, and project closeout
• Maintain a strong safety culture and enforce site safety requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor
• Experience overseeing large, complex construction projects from the field
• Experience with GC overseeing all trades
• Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors simultaneously
• Experience in one or more of the following environments:

  • Data Centers
  • Semiconductor Facilities
  • Mission-Critical Facilities
  • Clean Rooms
  • Advanced Manufacturing
  • Oil & Gas Facilities
  • Industrial Processing Plants
  • Power Facilities
  • Large Industrial Construction Projects
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work full-time on-site in Chandler, Arizona
    • U.S. Citizenship required
