Contract Support Administrator – Cambridge\n\nWe are seeking a detail-driven Contract Support Administrator to join a leading facilities management provider, supporting world-class clients across data centres and commercial buildings.\n\nAbout the Role\nAs Contract Support, you will be the backbone of the operations team – producing reports, managing financial data, raising purchase orders and invoices, and keeping day-to-day administration on track. You’ll play a key role in supporting month-end reviews, monitoring work in progress, and ensuring the smooth delivery of services. Occasional site visits and client interaction will keep the role varied and engaging.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Produce financial and statistical reports for a busy contract portfolio\n\n * \n\n Support month-end reviews with finance and management teams\n\n * \n\n Manage purchase orders, work orders, and invoicing processes\n\n * \n\n Monitor WIP, debt, and open purchase orders\n\n * \n\n Collate data for internal and external reports\n\n * \n\n Maintain accurate client files and carry out quarterly audits\n\n * \n\n Handle queries with professionalism and efficiency\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n * \n\n 2+ years’ experience in a similar administrative/finance role\n\n * \n\n Strong organisational and numerical skills (GCSE Maths & English essential)\n\n * \n\n Proactive, detail-orientated, and confident working with data\n\n * \n\n Great communication skills and a collaborative approach\n\nWhy Apply?\nThis is an opportunity to build your career with a global facilities management leader, where people are at the heart of success.
