About the Role
The Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, negotiation, execution, and administration of contracts across the organization. The role ensures that all agreements comply with legal requirements, align with company policies, mitigate risk, and support business objectives. The Contracts Manager partners closely with internal stakeholders, such as Finance, Legal, Procurement, Commercial, and Operations, to drive efficient contract processes.
What You’ll Do
- Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, MSA, SOWs, licensing agreements, and procurement documents.
- Ensure contract terms meet business needs while managing legal and financial risk
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure alignment during negotiation
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle from initiation and approval to renewals and closeout
- Maintain accurate and organized contract records
- Monitor key dates, obligations, and deliverables, and pull teams together to stay on track
- Identify, assess, and escalate legal, financial, and operational risks associated with contracts
- Streamline contract workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Develop and maintain standardized contract templates and playbooks
Additional Expectations
- Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
- Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
- Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
- Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s or JD a plus)
- 10+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or related field
- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and risk concepts
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong organization abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
