We are seeking a Controller to become an integral part of our team! You will oversee financial activities and personnel as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the ledger systems
• Lead the monthly and annual closing process verifying inter-company transactions
• Coordinate any necessary audits with external auditors
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, corporate company credit cards, payroll processing, and corporate tax compliance
• Supervise one employee in the areas of accounts payable, accounts receivable, insurance, benefits, and general ledger
• Advise management about insurance coverage protection against property loss and potential liabilities
• Review company financial statements for accuracy and clarity
• Manage human resource functions
• Manage external sales and income tax preparer
• Manage third party payroll contractor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 10 years professional accounting experience
• Accounting experience with foreign countries
• Experience with Project costing
• International operations experience,
• Experience working with Netsuite ,
• CPA/CMA a plus.

AGPS is the sole distributor and service provider of ELTAS Transformers in US and Canada market.
