We transform IT processes to prioritize business growth and continuity through innovative services that reduce our clients’ environmental impact while exceeding expectations. Evernex USA, based in Alpharetta, GA, is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Controller to oversee the financial operations of five U.S. entities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost accounting, inventory management, intercompany transactions, and financial consolidation, with the ability to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:·         Lead and oversee the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with accounting standards.·         Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements and management reports for multiple legal entities.·         Ensure all intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations are accurately recorded and properly supported.·         Coordinate annual audits, provide timely and accurate documentation and responses to external auditors.·         Manage inventory valuation, costing analysis, and revaluation adjustments for service parts and materials.·         Implement and monitor internal controls related to inventory movements, cycle counts, and variances.·         Partner with Operations to analyze material usage, cost trends, and margin performance.·         Partner with Human Resources on staff budgets and costs control.·         Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements.·         Maintain a strong internal control environment, ensuring adherence to Evernex Group policies and procedures.·         Support the Regional Finance Director in developing financial projections, KPIs, and dashboards.·         Drive process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency across the finance function.·         Supervise, mentor, and develop a small accounting team across multiple entities.·         Collaborate with global finance teams on consolidation, reporting, and system integration.·         Serve as a key liaison between finance, operations, and corporate headquarters. Qualifications:·         Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance is at a minimum. CPA ·         7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or Controller-level role.·         Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and intercompany consolidation.·         Experience with multi-entity accounting environments and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).·         Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling).·         Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.·         Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, multi-company environment.·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with leadership and global teams.
