With operations in more than 8 countries and deep specialisation in data center engineering, we support some of the world’s leading hyperscale operators and mission‑critical environments.

Our teams deliver high‑complexity projects including BMS/EPMS, power and cooling systems, monitoring platforms, cabling, DCIM, and full commissioning services.

Now, we are looking for a Controls Engineer (Automation, BMS, and Energy Controls) to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia, supporting large‑scale data center projects in the U.S.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for executing high‑complexity control system tasks, including:

Creating and implementing control system architectures for BMS/EPMS across data center facilities.

Developing PLC, SCADA, and HMI logic and graphics using platforms such as Ignition, Rockwell Automation, or similar.

Integrating control systems with HVAC, power distribution, and monitoring platforms.

Leading or supporting commissioning activities, ensuring all signals, sensors, meters, and visualizations are fully functional.

Diagnosing communication and performance issues; implementing system improvements.

Preparing documentation, I/O lists, and control drawings, ensuring alignment with relevant standards.

Providing technical dialogue with operators and service companies, and supporting the preparation of commercial proposals.

Managing Level 3 incident resolution and maintaining direct relationships with clients, including proposal delivery and negotiation.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience in automation, BMS, or control systems in mission‑critical or large‑scale industrial projects.

Experience in hyperscale data centers or similar environments.

Strong skills in project scheduling, cost control, and risk management for complex systems.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Knowledge of PLC programming, mechanical fundamentals, electricity/electronics, and network IT.

Ability to read wiring diagrams and use standard electrical installation tools.

US work permit required.
