Controls Technician & Industrial Electrician Roles – Power Systems (Contract)
Location: Hendersonville, NC
Schedule: 1st Shift
Duration: 3–6 Month Contract
Pay: $35–$50/hr (Based on Experience)
Overview
We are hiring experienced Controls Technicians to support hands-on electrical work within advanced power systems used in critical infrastructure (such as data center power solutions).
This role is centered around electrical troubleshooting, wiring, and system integration—working directly on the equipment rather than design or programming.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform electrical troubleshooting on power system equipment
- Wire and work with AC/DC systems, VFDs, and control panels
- Assist with control panel installation, rebuilds, and modifications
- Support wiring between controllers, sensors, and power modules
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Work alongside engineering teams to resolve system-level issues
What We’re Looking For

Background as a Controls Technician

Strong experience with:- AC/DC wiring
- VFDs
- Control panels
- Electrical troubleshooting

Experience with panel building or rebuilds highly

Ability to read electrical schematics

CAD experience is a plus, but not required

Associate’s degree or equivalent hands-on experience
