\n This dynamic firm is looking to hire an ambitious associate to advise a full spectrum of corporations, utilities, funds, developers and financial institutions both public and private, on mergers and acquisitions, disposals, corporate finance, private equity investments and energy related transactions both domestically and cross-border. The team works on low carbon renewable energy (such as solar and wind) and battery storage/BESS, hydrogen, nuclear, interconnectors, data centres, biofuels, carbon offsetting, and oil and gas. Ideally you will have experience of M&A, joint ventures and shareholding arrangements primarily in the energy transition space.
