UIG Tank Systems is hiring a seasoned operations leader to serve as the President’s right hand and operational extension.

This is not an Executive Assistant role. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on driving execution, improving internal systems, and assuming increasing operational responsibility in a growing industrial construction company.

What You’ll Do

• Drive cross-functional execution across sales, engineering, and project management
• Improve internal processes and operational efficiency
• Ensure accountability on company priorities
• Interface with contractors, municipal clients, legal, and financial advisors
• Support executive decision-making and strategic initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• 8–15+ years of operational leadership experience
• Background in industrial construction, manufacturing, engineering, or related field
• Proven ability to manage projects, teams, and competing priorities
• Strong executive presence and high discretion
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, privately held company
