Cost Manager – Data Centre (Pre-Construction)

Location: Beaconsfield, UK (Office-based, remote from data centre)
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Cost Manager to join our team in Beaconsfield to support the pre-construction phase of a major Data Centre project. This is an office-based role, and the successful candidate will work from our Beaconsfield offices (no site attendance required).

The role will focus on:

* Managing and monitoring project costs during the pre-construction phase.

* Preparing budgets, cost plans, and forecasts for Data Centre projects.

* Supporting procurement and tender evaluation processes.

* Tracking financial performance, identifying risks, and recommending mitigation measures.

* Collaborating with project teams to ensure cost control and reporting align with project objectives.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Cost Manager on Data Centre projects (pre-construction experience essential).

* Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost planning, and forecasting.

* Excellent communication and reporting skills.

* Ability to work independently from our Beaconsfield offices and liaise with multi-disciplinary teams.
