This role is all about keeping mission-critical environments, like data centers and healthcare facilities, running smoothly by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and contamination control.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular and deep cleaning of data centers, raised floors, equipment, and containment areas using industry-approved methods.
• Ensure dust, debris, and contaminants are minimized to protect equipment performance and uptime.
• Operate specialized cleaning equipment such as HEPA vacuums, electrostatic sprayers, and particulate monitors.
• Adhere to ISO-level cleanliness standards and client-specific protocols.
• Conduct post-cleaning inspections and document results for compliance reporting.
• Coordinate with facility managers and technicians to schedule work without interrupting operations.
• Follow strict health, safety, and security guidelines while working in restricted-access environments.
• Assist in the setup, cleaning, and maintenance of containment systems (hot aisle/cold aisle).
• Report any facility hazards, leaks, or operational issues encountered during cleaning.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training .
• 1+ years of experience in data center cleaning, critical facility maintenance, or industrial janitorial services.
• Knowledge of critical facility protocols (data center operations, raised floor systems, contamination control).
• Ability to operate specialized cleaning tools and follow technical SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in high-security, regulated environments.
• Must be able to pass background checks and security clearance requirements.

Nice to Have

• OSHA safety certification or contamination control training.
• Experience in mission-critical industries (finance, telecom, healthcare, or government).
• Familiarity with HVAC, UPS, or raised floor systems.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work in tight/confined spaces.
• Comfortable wearing PPE for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, crouch, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
