Critical Shift Technician – Data Centre – Croydon – 62.5k\n\nA leading facilities management provider is seeking a skilled Shift Technician to join its team at a critical data centre site in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-performance environment with clear routes for training and career progression.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Operate and maintain critical infrastructure systems (electrical, mechanical, HVAC)\n\n * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works\n\n * Monitor plant performance and respond to alarms/faults\n\n * Ensure compliance with site procedures and health & safety standards\n\n * Support continuous improvement and uptime reliability across the facility\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Proven experience working on a critical site (e.g. data centre, hospital, banking environment)\n\n * Strong high voltage (HV) experience is essential\n\n * Valid HV authorisation/ticket is highly desirable\n\n * Relevant engineering qualifications (electrical or mechanical)\n\n * Ability to work shifts in a fast-paced, high-availability environment\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n * Competitive salary of £62,500\n\n * Structured training and development programmes\n\n * Clear progression opportunities within a leading FM provider\n\n * Exposure to a state-of-the-art critical environment
