Job Summary

We are seeking a Crypto Mining Technician I to support the day-to-day operations of our Bitcoin mining facility. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with a basic technical background who are eager to learn cryptocurrency mining operations. Under supervision, the technician will assist with monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting mining hardware and software to support efficient and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with routine inspections and basic maintenance of mining hardware
• Monitor mining systems and report hardware or software issues to senior technicians
• Perform basic troubleshooting following established procedures
• Support installation and setup of mining equipment and related software
• Help maintain mining software updates under supervision
• Assist in monitoring system performance and uptime
• Ensure proper airflow, cooling, and cleanliness of equipment areas
• Follow safety procedures and operational best practices
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of assigned tasks
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Participate in training and cross-functional team activities

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate’s degree, technical certification, or coursework in IT, electronics, or a related field
• 0–1 year of experience in a technical, IT support, or hands-on technical role
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights or weekends if required
• Physical ability to lift and move equipment up to [50] pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical environment

• Exposure to cryptocurrency or blockchain concepts
• Familiarity with data center or equipment maintenance environments
• Basic networking knowledge
