We are looking for an experienced Associate CSA Project Manager / Owner’s Representative to join a rapidly growing team delivering hyperscale data centre projects across the Nordics. You will play a key role in delivering major data centre construction projects in Finland and Norway.\n\n You can be based either 100% in-country, or there will be significant international travel to Finland or Norway (11/3 Rotation)\n \n In return they are offering: \n\nA competitive salary\nCar Allowance\nHealthcare\nLife Assurance\nIncome Protection\n27 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays\nFlights/accommodation/expenses\nYou’ll be responsible for managing all stages of hyperscale data centre construction projects, taking projects through pre-construction, construction, and close out / fit-up.\n\nPre-construction\nWorking with the client and general contractor to create and establish the Master Project Schedule and Master Project Budget\nSupporting contractor pre-qualification, bid solicitation, bid analysis, and recommendations\nSupporting contract negotiations\nAssisting the client team in identifying, scoping, buying out, and scheduling all owner-direct vendors and consultants\nConstruction\nManaging the General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors on site\nCoordinating Value Engineering efforts during the construction phase\nWorking with the client’s commercial and project controls teams to develop budget management and tracking\nLiaising with the client’s schedule management team to provide schedule monitoring, tracking, and analysis\nClose Out / Fit-Up\n\nInitiating close out processes prior to project completion, typically two to three months in advance\nEstablishing close out documentation requirements with the client’s document controller and tracking receipt of all close out documentation including warranties, as-builts, O&M manuals, etc.\nAssisting with city and/or authority final inspections and occupancy processes\nAssisting the client in scheduling, coordination, and management of all owner-direct vendors and consultants\nYou will bring:\n\nAn in-depth understanding of large-scale technical projects and construction techniques\nAbility to manage multiple technical disciplines\nExperience working on data centre new build and refurbishment projects, preferably hyperscale builds\nAbility to commit to significant international travel or relocation\nStrong stakeholder management and client-facing experience\n\nV7 Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer and does not discriminate on the grounds of , , , reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, or maternity, , or belief, , or .
