CSA Project Manager – Data Centre (Finland) \n\nV7 Recruitment are working with a global leader in the data centre industry who are looking for a CSA Project Manager to support delivery of a Data Centre project in Finland!  This role is based full time in Finland.\n\n What’s on Offer\n\nHighly competitive package including bonuses\nLong-term pipeline of major European data centre projects\nOpportunity to work client-side on flagship developments\nExposure to large-scale, mission-critical builds\nIdeal candidate \n\nProven experience delivering CSA packages on data centre or large-scale construction projects\nStrong background in civil, structural or architectural disciplines\nExperience working for a contractor, consultancy or client-side environment\nSolid understanding of full project lifecycle from groundworks through to handover\nAbility to manage contractors and coordinate multiple stakeholders\nExperience working in complex, fast-paced, high-value environments\nWillingness to be based full-time in Finland\n Key Responsibilities\n\nManage CSA scope from early works through to completion and handover\nCoordinate contractors, subcontractors and consultants across civil, structural and architectural packages\nMonitor programme, quality, cost and risk within CSA works\nEnsure works are delivered in line with design, specifications and project timelines\nSupport commissioning and handover phases in coordination with MEP teams\nReport on progress, risks and issues to senior leadership\nDrive health & safety and quality standards across site\n\nV7 Recruitment is an equal opportunities employer and does not discriminate on the grounds of , disability, , reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, or maternity, , or belief, , or .
