Key Responsibilities

As CSA Project Manager, you will take ownership of major project delivery, ensuring performance across construction, engineering, safety, cost and quality:

• Lead stakeholder engagement across all phases of the project
• Develop and execute project strategies and site logistics plans
• Build, manage and track project schedules aligned to key milestones
• Prepare and control project budgets and cost plans
• Approve and implement Quality & EHS management plans
• Manage, mentor and motivate engineering & construction teams
• Oversee submission processes with clients/design consultants
• Manage procurement schedules and supply chain selection
• Chair weekly internal, supplier and subcontractor meetings
• Control project cost/revenue performance with regular reporting
• Represent the project at client and management meetings
• Liaise with subcontractor senior leadership to avoid roadblocks
• Maintain strong collaboration with client design and contractor teams
• Develop and implement testing & commissioning procedures

What You Need

• 7+ years’ experience in CSA/project management roles (mission critical projects are a plus)
• Proven stakeholder management & relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear, confident communication skills (written and verbal)
