CSA Site Manager – Data Center Construction | Frankfurt, Germany

Are you an experienced construction professional ready to take the lead on high-tech, high-impact projects? Our client is seeking a CSA Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a cutting-edge data center build in Frankfurt.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily site operations for advanced data center construction and fit-out.
• Manage full CSA interior package installations: ceilings, walls, raised floors, Hot Aisle Containment systems, and more.
• Coordinate subcontractors, conduct toolbox talks, and track progress using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Identify and resolve issues early to maintain project timelines.
• Ensure all site activities meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, supervisors, and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing on-site construction or fit-out projects—data center or mission-critical environments .
• Strong understanding of EHS, QA/QC, and document control best practices.
• Skilled in coordinating subcontractors and managing multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with digital site management tools; ACC experience is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage, Polish a bonus.
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented, and confident in leading teams on complex builds.
