HR Administrator with German and English – 12-months (fixed-term) contract , Time Services Germany, CTK Team

The main task of our team is to implement all administrative, personnel-specific processes precisely, punctually and professionally. Our goal is always to ensure that our employees have an excellent customer experience through accurate time recording, smooth payroll processing, and other administrative processes in the human resources department.

Key job responsibilities
Maintaining and checking data in our time recording systems, such as reasons for absence or time-offs
Processing, checking and maintaining personal and payrun-related data in our human resources information systems
Preparation and timely provision of data for further processing by the locations' HR support teams
Creation, tracking and control of evaluations and statistics
Processing inquiries from employees, managers and HR departments
Active participation in projects to continuously improve existing processes or individual process steps
