Customer Service Representative:
The Opportunity:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Rensa Filtration serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support throughout the order lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating closely with Sales, Operations, and Logistics to resolve issues and deliver outstanding service. The CSR will handle inquiries, process orders, manage returns, and respond to product or delivery concerns in alignment with Rensa’s standards for quality and responsiveness.
ESSENTIAL POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a frontline representative to Rensa Filtration customers, handling inbound calls, emails, and order requests with professionalism and urgency.
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system, ensuring timely order processing and fulfillment.
- Provide customers with product, pricing, and availability information.
- Coordinate with production, inventory, and shipping teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate order fulfillment.
- Proactively communicate order status, backorder updates, and delays to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues quickly and effectively; escalate when needed.
- Maintain customer records, notes, and documentation in CRM and ERP systems.
- Support outside sales and distribution partners by providing quotes, lead times, and other required documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts focused on enhancing the customer experience.
- Support special projects or process improvement initiatives within the Customer Service team.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree .
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Experience with ERP Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
