Customer Success Executive\n\nSalary: £35k-45k + excellent benefits (travel allowance, bonus scheme, pension, health insurance)\n\nLocation: London, Docklands/Tower Hill\n\nJob Type: Permanent/ Full Time \n\nStarting Date: asap\n\nOur client are looking for a vibrant and driven Customer Success Executive with passion for customer support to join their Customer Excellence team. You will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the Customer Success Team, assisting with management of the customer accounts, addressing enquiries, and ensuring a seamless service delivery.\n\nKey tasks:\n\nManage a small portfolio of customer accounts\n\t\nCollate operational data and use it to produce monthly reports\n\t\nProvide administrative support to the Customer Success Team\n\t\nMaintain accurate records of customer interactions\n\t\nRespond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally\n\t\nRegularly audit work being done and customer service being provided to ensure all standards are met\n\t\nCo-ordinate with various departments to resolve client issues quickly and professionally\n\t\nMonitor customer issues and feedback to identify patterns, and work to lessen recurring issues\n\t\nAttend customer and industry focused networking events\n\nAbout you:\n\nPrevious service experience\n\t\nStrong customer facing skills\n\t\nCollaborative approach\n\t\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\t\nGood reporting & analytical skills\n\t\nData Centre industry knowledge would be welcomed
