Why we need this role The customer trust and security specialist is responsible for building and maintaining customer confidence in the organization’s security posture by acting as a trusted advisor. This role ensures a deep understanding of local customer requirements, supports the creation and maintenance of accurate security documentation aligned to the organizational measures, and manages relationships with partners to ensure compliance.
The position also serves as a key coordinator between internal teams —including Security, Compliance, Legal, and Sales—to deliver timely, consistent, and compliant responses to customer inquiries, audits, and contractual obligations.
