DAS Construction Manager (Telecom)

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager (CM) to oversee Distributed Antenna System (DAS) installations. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of subcontractor work related to the project scope. This is a non-labor role focused entirely on management and oversight.Location &

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all on-site activities performed by subcontractors.
• Ensure all installation work is completed according to project specifications and timelines.
• Oversee the technical scope of work, including:
• • GPS antenna installations on building roofs.
  • Running coax cable throughout buildings.
  • Termination of cables in server rooms.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, progress reports, and closeout procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong background and proven experience in the telecommunications industry is required.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage subcontractors on complex technical projects.
• Thorough understanding of DAS deployment and related infrastructure is highly .
• Experience in a data center environment is not required for this position.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
