At PHe Data Center Services, we are looking for hands-on Electrical Commissioning Technicians to support acceptance testing, startup, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical power distribution equipment in large-scale data centers and industrial environments.
\n
⚠️ This is NOT an IT, networking, cybersecurity, software, or help desk position.
\n
This role is focused entirely on electrical power systems, switchgear, testing, commissioning, and field electrical work.
\n
Our technicians work directly with:
\n
- \n
- Medium & low voltage electrical equipment
- Switchgear, breakers, transformers, and power distribution systems
- Electrical testing and commissioning (NETA ATS standards)
- Startup, troubleshooting, and energization of electrical equipment
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
This is a travel-based, field electrical position working in mission critical/data center environments.
\n
Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Perform acceptance testing in accordance with NETA ATS standards
- Execute startup and commissioning of electrical power equipment
- Read and interpret:
- Single-line diagrams
- Electrical schematics
- Protection & control drawings
- Troubleshoot electrical distribution systems and power equipment
- Operate specialized electrical test equipment
- Verify system functionality and support energization activities
- Generate detailed and accurate commissioning/test reports
- Work safely in energized and construction environments

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Background in:
- Electrical Engineering Technology
- Power Systems
- Industrial Electrical Technology
- Electrical Controls
- Electrical Maintenance
- or related electrical field
- Experience with:
- Switchgear
- Electrical power distribution
- Electrical testing
- Commissioning/startup work
- Familiarity with NETA testing procedures is
- Data Center commissioning experience is a plus
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to travel extensively for projects

✔ Military electrical experience strongly encouraged
\n
(EM, EMN, ETN, Power , Electrical Distribution, etc.)
