We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Manassas, VA. As a Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in accordance with local building codes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • OSHA certification is a plus.

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Budgeting / Forecasting Experience
  • Blueprint Reading
  • Basic Computer Skills
