Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Data Center Engineer to support and enhance enterprise-scale IT infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in infrastructure operations, monitoring, capacity planning, and modernization initiatives, ensuring high availability and performance across critical systems

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain data center infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization platforms.
  • Monitor system performance using enterprise tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, and SolarWinds.
  • Perform capacity planning and performance analysis to identify bottlenecks and forecast future growth.
  • Lead and support infrastructure migrations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
  • Manage hybrid environments across on-premises data centers and cloud (Azure/AWS).
  • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and overall system reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network, security, cloud) to support enterprise IT operations.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and ownership of infrastructure projects.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with enterprise infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization, storage).
  • Hands-on expertise with monitoring and observability platforms (Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, SolarWinds).
  • Experience with VMware, Nutanix, or similar virtualization technologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and hybrid infrastructure environments.
  • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, security, and storage systems.
