Function 

Infrastructure Operations 

Experience 

4–7 years in IT infrastructure, structured cabling, or data-center / network room operations 

Location 

Santa Clara, CA — onsite 

Coverage model 

Business hours (8x5) with on-call rotation; extended coverage for planned power shutdown events 

Onsite requirement 

100% onsite; physically present in network rooms and labs daily 

Travel 

Minimal — occasional travel to nearby campus buildings 

• Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage devices, and network equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and regular inspections of equipment to minimize downtime.·         Regularly audit IT environments to identify changes, clean up rooms and cabling, and ensure asset accuracy.
