Data Center Engineer

Pay Rate: $35.00/HR-$50.00/HR W2

Hours: Shift Work

Location: Moncks Corner, SC 29146

Duration: 4-12 months

Shift: AM/PM or Overnight

• Shift Times: (9 AM – 5 PM) 
• Shift Times: (5PM-1AM)
• Shift Times: (1AM-9AM)

Pay Rate: (W2 without Field Nation Fees)

• Day Shift: $35.00 per hour (W2)
• Evening Shift: $47.50 per hour (W2)
• Overnight Night Shift:  $50.00 per hour (W2)

Description:

• Inspect and clean fiber cables
• Label cables on both ends with Flag Labeler
• Customer to provide labeling schema
• Install pre-terminated fiber cables according to customer provided cabling matrix
• Utilize existing pathways and overhead ladder racks/ trays
• Secure and organize cables

Skills:

• Must have own tools including 6-foot ladder, Fiber Inspection Probe, Labeler, and Fiber Cleaning Kit
• Experienced with fiber-optic cabling (cleaning, inspecting, testing)
• Cable management
• Ability to identify different types of cables
• Troubleshooting fiber patches
• Fiber optic certifications desired
