Key Responsibilities:

• Break-Fix & Operations: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware issues across servers and network devices.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis and proactively monitor System Health.
• Infrastructure Upgrades and Migrations.
• Installation & Delivery: Oversee daily installations of servers and network devices.
• Install and troubleshoot copper and fiber cabling.
• Ensure all installations meet Quality Assurance standards and accurately document issues and changes.

Qualifications:

• Cable installation experience
• Break/Fix Experience
• Great team player
• Strong work ethic
• Enthusiasm for learning

Physical Demands:

• Work at heights and on ladders safely.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds; group lifts required for heavier items.
