The Data Center Mechanical Commissioning Provider will work internally and externally to successfully deliver a fully commissioned building to our clients. This opportunity is a 100% remote position and will require approximately 50-70% travel, locally and nationally, to commissioning sites.In this role, you will:
- Coordinate with general contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, and the owner verbally and in writing
- Perform design reviews including OPR, BOD, Plans and Specifications
- Review submittals and shop drawings
- Perform periodic Site Observation Visits during construction and preparing Site Observation Reports
- Develop project specific test scripts including Level 2 Installation Verification Checklists, Level 4
- Perform Functional Performance Tests (FPT), and Level 5 Integrated Systems Tests (IST).
- Responsible for onsite execution and witnessing of tests
- Manage the resolution of Commissioning Issues
- Work around live components, three phase AC Power Systems, Direct Current (DC) power systems, and fire alarm systems.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5+ years of equivalent MEP construction, commissioning and project management experience
- You have experience in design and/or construction of hyperscale Data Centers
- Professional Engineering License a plus
- OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety is required.
- OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety is not required but .
- Knowledge of Building Automation Systems is a plus

Skills/Abilities:
- A high-level understating of engineering knowledge, specifically in the built environment.
- You will be comfortable working around Mechanical HVAC equipment and systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to respond thoughtfully and effectively to sensitive situations.
- Strong analytical skills to be able to analyze relevant information and provide thoughtful solutions.
